Message: This bank goes above and beyond to listen to your needs and delivers well beyond expectations. I was having a hard time getting a specially signed bank statement from the contact center, and the representatives at this bank went to bat for me. The contact center refused to process the request, and kept saying it’s a bank center matter. After a great deal of leadership from Jeffrey, Rahul and especially Melanie, the contact center finally gave in and fulfilled my request. They sent the document to my on, one account, and then Melanie printed it out for me.. This bank rocks.
