Message: My experience here today at their W. Southern branch in Mesa was fantastic. The most enjoyable of any bank visited in quite a while. No wait and Danielle the Customer Experience Rep was very professional and super friendly. Very convincing in a low sell way of enticing me to switch banks. I've been a customer of wells fargo for 16 years but I'm giving it serious though now. For the record, I ran the Audit and Compliance Dept for a top three bank for 18 years and performed hundreds of audits. She would have gotten A+. Tom Martin.
