Message: My wife and I decided to open a CD account with Sunwest. Right from the “get go” the people who assisted us were super, patient and knowledgeable. Betsy at Customer Service really went beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with what we had hoped to accomplish. At the Mesa Branch, Sharon the branch manager was super. She spent over 90 minutes with us, to make sure all was right and we understood everything that was taking place in fact she went above and beyond with some difficulty we had with the credit bureau. Thanks to all at SunWest, look forward to working with you all.

Message: I've called this location multiple times, and the people who answer are always pleasant. I don't think I've ever experienced that kind of consistency with any other business. I was very impressed with being able to walk out with a debit card the day I opened a checking account. With previous banking experiences, I would have to wait several business days for a card to arrive in the mail. I'm also very grateful for the personal loan I now have with this credit union. Gone are the days of being choked to death by my high-interest credit card debt. Thanks SunWest!

Message: The people were nice there but I got a weird vibe from day one at this bank.. Opening an account took a very long time (over an hour) and every other bank usually took about 5-10 minutes of my time.. Ridiculous amounts of paperwork during initial opening.. Online banking service requires you to input a phone # otherwise I was unable to use online banking. That was annoying as I did not want to release a phone # to them.. Erg lots of other problems as well, the drive up window, not really sure what's going on there.. Clearly the people aren't the problem, it's the underlying technology that this bank is able to provide. Outdated.. Maybe this bank just wasn't for me and it's probably a good fit for other people. Seems like my checks were constantly put on hold too so I didn't have access to my money. I'm really not used to that.
