Message: Wells Fargo seems to be closed for inside serve, leaving drive thru the only way to do banking. It adds to an unsafe way to get large sums of money. Due to having to speak loudly to teller. People hear what it is your there for. I know I can hear everything that other people are asking for.

It was such a pleasant experience to have someone with intricate knowledge of all aspects of the Wells Fargo banking system along with an outgoing, caring personality. Message: What an awesome experience! I had a little mishap with checks being pulled from the wrong account a few times. One of which made an overdraft fee. It took me a while to get into the branch because I have young kids and I honestly expected the tellers to make it difficult to reverse the charge. Roxanne however was a ROCKSTAR! Our teller Derek was also delightful to deal with. My super shy kid said as we left “that was just the nicest guy! ” Great customer service!
